          Job Description:


  • Teach Mandarin, English (ESOL), Spanish, French classes in our Virginia or Maryland locations on week days and/or Saturdays -- students range in age from 6 months to 13 years old 
  • Participate in our introductory workshop and then to training sessions throughout your employment
  • Follow our specific curriculum
  • Interact with parents, giving them helpful feedback on their child's progress

 Emilie Moskal 




Emilie is the owner and the founder of Language Planet DC. She built Language Planet to have all the things she wants as a mom looking for the very best classes for her  kids.
Fun, activity-based classes, excellent native-speaking instructors, a high-quality curriculum  and small, language-immersion classes for  Spanish, French and Chinese.

 Emilie served as the Education Director at  Jabberu – Growing Up Global for four years.    During that time Jabberu was selected as the  best Foreign Language Classes three years in a row by the readers of Family Magazine.
 She has been teaching French as a second  language to young children for 13 years.

She has received a BA in French literature and Communication from la Sorbonne Nouvelle in Paris as well as a Master in Cultural Sociology from Paris VII. 
Her resume includes stage performances as an actress and a singer. She also has been working as a co-director for Whistlefritz, a production company of foreign language material for children. 
Emilie has two children-one is bilingual (English/French) and the other trilingual  (English/Spanish/French).
Emilie hires and trains all of our native  speaking instructors and select only the ones  she  knows will be great teachers based on  her own experience in the classroom. ​
